Quick and Easy Registration
Registering is quick and easy at Adventure Kids Playcare! You can come in or download the forms on this site. If your child is under 5 yrs. old, you'll need to complete the Registration form, Parent Policy and Release form, Parent Health Statement form, and Physician Health Statement form (go to downloads). When you bring these forms into Adventure Kids and pay the membership fee, we will give you an identification card to expedite the process of dropping off and picking up your children.
We encourage parents to bring their children in for a tour of Adventure Kids Playcare and to meet our staff before their first visit. Some children may immediately feel comfortable and walk right in on their first visit, and other children may need more time to adjust to the separation from their parents. If you think your child may need more time adjusting, we suggest you spend 10-15 minutes in the center with your child before leaving. Please share any special instructions or concerns regarding your child with our staff. We will work to make sure your child feels comfortable and secure while at Adventure Kids. We want every child to have a fun and positive experience playing at Adventure Kids Playcare!
